It has come to our notice that some unscrupulous traders have introduced into the market counterfeit “DPI ANCHOR SPRAY PAINT” to take advantage of the popularity and high market demand of the above brand of aerosol spray paint produced by us.
In order to protect the interests and welfare of our authorized dealers and distributors and above all end users of our products and the reputation of our company and integrity of our industry, we hereby serve notice that our company will spare no effort in bringing the full force of the law upon those peddlers and their agents who assist them in the sales of the above bogus products.
These counterfeit products are of low quality and packed in sub-standard aerosol cans. In order to facilitate the identification of the counterfeit products and the arrest of the culprits, we would like to inform you the salient differences between the genuine and the bogus products:

Our company will not be liable for any damage or loss resulting from the use of counterfeit products.
Copy right theft and production of counterfeit are despicable acts perpetrated by immoral traders. Anyone found producing, peddling, purchasing and possessing such products are liable to be severely punished by the prevailing Trade Mark Infringement law. Counterfeit products not only affect our business but also threatened the safety of the end users. Please help us to bring these culprits to justice. If you come across such counterfeit products, please report to our office or our sales representative.
